   Meet at Uehara Port or pickup from your accommodation (Uehara–Sonai area)

   Reception

   Look for the “KUINA & KAYAK Iriomote” sign and check in.

   Arrive at forest trail

   Forest hiking

   Start a ~20-minute jungle hike. Experience the unique nighttime atmosphere while enjoying the sounds of birds and insects like a “nature orchestra,” guided by an experienced guide.

   Firefly viewing

   Arrive at the viewing spot. After sunset, the number of fireflies gradually increases, creating a magical “carpet of light” for about 30 minutes.

   Forest hiking

   Walk back along the trail. Enjoy a different perspective on the return. If weather permits, you may also see a beautiful starry sky.
