I rented a self-propelled wheelchair from Narita Airport and used it during my stay in Sendai. The staff who assisted us were very kind and guided us clearly through the entire process. The wheelchair was convenient and made my daily activities at the university much easier.

When I needed help with returning the wheelchair, the team responded quickly and supported me in extending the return deadline.
