It is ok nothing excited. May be for little kids. Merchandise is not many either. So I would not care much if I don’t get to go there. The cafeteria food is not good but very expensive. Not worth your money.

Experience the world of Lady Kitty where you can take photos in a thematic room filled with sweets, make up, a rose garden and everything a girl will find "kawaii" (cute). Make sure to take a photo with Lady Kitty herself at the end of the attraction!

Journey out to the homeland of the Little Twin Stars, Kiki & Lala. Visit their house above the clouds and see all the adorable displays while experiencing a fun digital game!

Get the chance to meet and take photos of your favorite Sanrio characters! There are several character greeting spots so make sure to check the website to see if your favorite will be coming out on the day of your visit.

Great day, specially for kids... however too many people, which make difficult to enjoy the attractions.

QR code was sent pretty soon after the order was proceeded.
I entered in the wrong date when I was purchasing, but I had no issue using it on a different day. Smooth process getting in, security bag check and then my QR ticket was scanned.
Plenty of photo op opportunities, concerts, theme cafe/restaurant experience and shopping. Great for families.
