Average for travel spots but good at customer handling

traveled with parents, personally the travel spots in the itinerary is just average for me. Anyway, would like to thank driver and tour guide as we needed to board Shinkansen at 8 pm so they really managed the time for us to catch up with the train.

We enjoyed the tour thoroughly. We were lucky enough to be able to go up to the 5th level. It was -8 degrees up there but the views were breathtaking. And we got a close view of Mt. Fuji too.
The souvenir shop offered us complimentary tea on arrival which was lovely and very welcoming. We were each given a little complimentary bell too which is supposed to bring good luck and long life to the owner.

Lunch was a bit disappointing. We were seated outside with another group, and it was very cold due to the strong wind. The fire for grilling the meat went out quickly because of the wind, and when I informed the restaurant staff, they seemed to have forgotten about it, so we had to wait a long time.
